For more than a decade, I have worked at the intersection of law, people, conflict, risk and decision-making.
But there is another side of my professional journey that has increasingly shaped the way I think: research.
My doctoral work has taken me into the world of complex adaptive systems, artificial intelligence, cybernetics, strategic portfolio management, ecological dynamics, resilience and antifragility — essentially, the question of how complex systems behave, adapt and make decisions under uncertainty.
That combination has given me a rather unusual toolkit.

The interesting part is what happens at the intersection of these two worlds.
I know how to read a regulation — but I am also interested in how an entire system behaves.
I know how to manage a conflict — but I also think about the feedback loops that created it.
I know how to assess legal risk — but I am increasingly interested in systemic risk, strategic resilience and how organizations can become better because of uncertainty rather than merely survive it.
So, after 13 years in legal practice, I’m exploring a new professional chapter.
I’m open to opportunities in legal, compliance, risk, strategy, operations, corporate affairs, AI governance, transformation, project/portfolio management, research, consulting, or other roles where complex problems require both analytical depth and practical judgment.
I’m not looking to throw away 13 years of experience.
I’m looking to compound it.

În toți acești ani am învățat că munca juridică înseamnă mult mai mult decât legi, acte și termene.
Înseamnă negociere. Analiză de risc. Strategie. Gestionarea conflictelor. Decizii sub presiune. Oameni. Responsabilitate.
Și, mai ales, capacitatea de a lua o problemă complicată și de a găsi o cale concretă înainte.
Am construit, în timp, un set de competențe care cred că pot avea valoare reală și dincolo de profesia de avocat:
• negociere și gestionarea conflictelor
• analiză de risc și luarea deciziilor
• strategie și problem solving
• redactare și comunicare
• management de dosare și proceduri
• relația cu clienții și stakeholderii
• cercetare și analiză legislativă
• comunicare cu instituții și autorități
• lucrul sub presiune și respectarea deadline-urilor
• apariții publice și comunicare profesională
• disciplină, organizare și asumarea responsabilității
dar și cele noi de Phd Research
Acum caut o nouă provocare profesională, într-un mediu în care aceste competențe pot fi folosite la un nivel mai larg.
Sunt deschis către roluri din legal, compliance, risk, operations, management, public affairs, corporate sau alte poziții în care analiza, negocierea și capacitatea de a gestiona situații complexe contează.
Nu caut neapărat să schimb ceea ce știu să fac.
Caut un context nou în care să fac asta.
